Administrative Support Professional

Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Administrative Support Professional supporting a high-priority mission within the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (AFLCMC/HNC), located at Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX.

AFLCMC/HNC provides full-spectrum life cycle management for Information Assurance (IA) and cybersecurity systems that enable mission assurance through secure access to information systems. The division supports critical DoD, Air Force, and national defense capabilities across acquisition, sustainment, and demilitarization activities.

Duties include, but not limited to:

Provide administrative support through analysis, procedural execution, and process improvement recommendations.

• Assist senior managers and staff by researching and compiling information, drafting clear and coordinated written communications.

• Ensure leadership is informed on all mission-relevant topics and issues.

• Monitor progress of taskings, milestones, and initiatives and provide updates as needed.

• Prepare and disseminate program background materials for key events and activities.

• Draft official documents, memos, and communications for leadership review and signature.

• Distribute program policies and guidance across the organization.

• Coordinate meetings and conferences including scheduling, setup (physical and virtual), and tracking action items.

• Prepare meeting documentation such as agendas, attendance logs, minutes, and action item trackers.

• Maintain scheduling documentation and oversee video/online conferencing logistics, including setup instructions and equipment maintenance tracking.

• Provide travel planning and execution support to team members in accordance with organizational procedures.

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Minimum Required Qualifications

Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree

Years of experience: 10 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 3 years must be in the DoD

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

• Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, DoD conferencing tools)

• Ability to manage calendars, track deliverables, and maintain detailed meeting documentation

Interpersonal Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Professional demeanor and ability to interact with senior leadership
