This position is based in our Atlanta, GA headquarters.

About the Role
As a Senior Accountant and key member of the finance team, this role is responsible for supporting financial operations and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The position encompasses accounting, financial reporting, and review of financial data to support the company's financial health and strategic decision-making processes, including Gross to Net revenue adjustments support. It requires detailed analysis and reconciliation of financial data to ensure the integrity of the company's reporting and compliance framework.

What You'll Do
* Manage monthly and annual close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and gross-to-net revenue adjustments.
* Prepare and analyze financial statements and regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and company policies.
* Abide by the internal controls policy of the company to ensure accurate reporting and safeguarding of assets.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to collect and validate data, provide financial insights, and ensure timely reporting.
* Perform detailed reconciliations of accounts and propose necessary adjustments
* Partner with external outsourcing providers to support close cycles, audit readiness, and process improvements.
* Drive system enhancements and process efficiencies while staying informed of evolving accounting standards and compliance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with IFRS, GAAP, and financial reporting standards
  • SAP proficiency

Preferred Qualifications
* CPA certification
* 3 years in a senior finance role within a multinational organization (pharma experience considered a plus)
* Deep understanding of internal controls, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting
* High attention to detail and strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
* Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
* Experience working in shared services and outsourced environments
* Advanced data analysis skills and comfort handling large or incomplete data sets
* Proven ability to link operational events to financial outcomes and manage audit relationships independently
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, self-motivated mindset

This position offers a reasonably anticipated base salary range of $68,000 to $89,300 per year. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as applicant's experience, knowledge, and skills.
