Analyzes HR systems, provide business/statistical analysis, and support HR processes/projects/programs. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent. Minimum Experience Four (4) years related experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong organization, planning, human relations, analytical, and communication skills. An advanced degree may offset two years of the experience requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Specifically looking for someone with advanced graphic design expertise and proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation development Other preferred skills include excellent written and verbal communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and the ability to collaborate well with leadership. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $6,168.90/month - $10,898.39/month Colorado Pay Range: $6,168.90/month - $10,444.28/month New York Pay Range: $6,511.62/month - $10,898.39/month New York City Pay Range: $7,882.48/month - $10,898.39/month Additional Details: This position is a hybrid or remote option in the US or Canada (Memphis, TN preferred).
