Responsibilities

* Design and implement security architectures for applications ensuring robust protection against threats

* Oversee the integration of Ping Access and Ping Federate into existing systems

* Provide expert guidance on access management strategies to enhance security measures

* Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities

* Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure coding practices are followed

* Develop and enforce security policies and procedures across the organization

* Monitor and respond to security incidents providing timely resolutions

* Lead the development of security training programs for employees

* Evaluate and recommend security tools and technologies to improve our security posture

* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to application security

* Work closely with IT and other departments to align security initiatives with business goals

* Stay updated on the latest security trends and threats to proactively address potential risks

* Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and mitigation efforts.

Qualifications

* * Must have extensive experience with Ping Access and Ping Federate

* Should possess strong knowledge of access management principles and practices

* Must have a solid understanding of security protocols and encryption methods

* Should have experience in conducting security assessments and audits

* Must be proficient in developing and implementing security policies

* Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

* Must have strong communication and collaboration abilities

* Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model

* Must have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks

* Should be familiar with industry standards and regulations related to application security

* Must have experience in providing security training to employees

* Should be able to prepare detailed and comprehensive security reports

* Must stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $[134,000 - 154,500] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
