Sr. Developer Tibco

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with TIBCO technologies and Docker Containers and a strong background in the Payer domain. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of TIBCO products and the ability to integrate and manage complex systems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain TIBCO-based solutions to meet business requirements.
• Utilize Docker Containers for efficient deployment and management of applications.
• Implement and manage TIBCO Adapters to ensure seamless integration with various systems.
• Design and develop solutions using TIBCO Business Works and TIBCO BW Container Edition.
• Leverage Tibco Cloud Integration for scalable and flexible cloud-based solutions.
• Utilize TIBCO Rendezvous for reliable message-oriented middleware.
• Monitor and manage systems using TIBCO Hawk for proactive issue resolution.
• Ensure reliable messaging with TIBCO EMS.
• Administer and configure TIBCO environments using TIBCO Administrator.
• Integrate databases using TIBCO ADB Adapter.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Ensure solutions adhere to best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of TIBCO applications.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality.
• Document technical specifications and solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest TIBCO technologies and industry trends.
• Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work as needed.
• Ensure all solutions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience with Docker Containers.
• Must have extensive experience with TIBCO Adapters Business Works BW Container Edition Cloud Integration Rendezvous Hawk EMS Administrator and ADB Adapter.
• Must have domain experience in Payer.
• Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Nice to have experience with other integration technologies.
• Nice to have experience with cloud platforms.
• Nice to have experience with Agile methodologies.
• Should have a proactive approach to learning and development.
• Should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Should have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Should be committed to delivering high-quality solutions.

Certifications Required

TIBCO Certified Professional Docker Certified Associate

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until APR 15 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $105,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
