We are hiring a Billing Clerk that will be responsible for billing invoices, credit and collections, cash receipts, and assist in month-end closings.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for billing including the collection, input, review and submission of billing data.
  • Responsible for credit and collections.
  • Responsible for answering questions from customers.
  • Responsible for analyzing billings for accounts receivable meetings.
  • Responsible for backing up others in the department.
  • Report any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation immediately to supervisor or department head.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individuals.
  • Report to work as scheduled.

Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Good organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in Accounting preferred
  • Data entry and/or billing experience preferred
