The opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Customer Experience Partner to join our dynamic Global Logistics team. This pivotal role involves managing end-to-end shipment processes, facilitating customer vendor onboarding, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively address and resolve program exceptions, collaborating with Global Service Centre, Customer Experience, and Program Management teams.

  • Actively manage customer channels and oversee case management and resolution.

  • Oversee the customer vendor onboarding process and maintain ongoing relationships.

  • Provide guidance to junior staff and collaborate with peers to resolve complex problems.

  • Manage and monitor the entire shipment process, working closely with international stakeholders.

  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring swift response and resolution.

  • Maintain a customer-centric approach to prevent errors and implement preventive measures.

We are looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management operations from origin and destination.

  • Strong commitment to upholding the Maersk Values.

  • Well-organized, self-directed, and capable of functioning effectively in a fast-paced global environment, while also being a team player.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with various stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.

  • Proficient in advanced Root Cause Problem Solving Analysis, with a proven track record of improving operational efficiency.

  • Working knowledge of IT/EDI monitoring and error identification.

  • Skilled in Excel/Power BI, with advanced proficiency in data manipulation.

  • Ability to lead customer meetings, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive performance improvements.

Pay Range: $65,000-$80,000*

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
