About the role:

The Implementation Conversion Analyst will support the NYCE and CULIANCE payment networks. They work independently on their assigned projects, and they are able to reprioritize their workload based on updates from management and changes in project statuses. They will coordinate with processors, addressing their needs and ensuring that they are on track to go live as scheduled. This involves reviewing project timelines, assessing implementation statuses, and resolving any technical or procedural issues that arise. The analyst conducts meetings with both external clients and internal teams, providing updates and aligning on requirements set by the network. Analysts will ensure that processors remain compliant with the network's standards. The analyst will keep updated documentation on project progress.

This is a hybrid position which requires to be onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. With flexible working hours between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern. Periodic off hours support is required for live day production changes.

About the team:

The NYCE Implementations team is currently comprised of four analysts that have been with FIS between 3 and 27 years. The team works with new and existing clients to provide support during certification testing and production installations.
