Description
ABOUT THE POSITION: As our Quality Specialist, you're responsible for ensuring our products meet required quality standards and regulatory guidelines. You'll conduct inspections, audits, and testing to evaluate product quality, identify defects, and ensure compliance with company standards. You'll also support the Quality Management System (QMS), investigate non-conformance issues, and work closely with customers and internal teams to drive continuous improvement. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: You have an associate's degree, 0-3 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Customer Service-related roles, and demonstrate a strong ability to learn and improve. You're familiar with ISO or IATF standards and have a solid grasp of data analysis fundamentals, including control, run, and Pareto charts. You're comfortable using Microsoft Office and relevant databases, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can engage with customers and internal teams to ensure quality excellence.
