WPI Product Support Representatives are professional support representatives possessing an in-depth knowledge of our company, its products, services, and support programs. The PSR should be positive, professional, and promote WPI. The PSR will be assigned a territory and/or accounts and is expected to contact customers and recommend and quote parts, services and maintenance agreements provided by WPI's manufacture's and WPI.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

The Product Support Representative is responsible and accountable for, but not limited to, the following:



  • Fully utilize WPI's Customer Resource Management system
  • Prepare weekly itinerary to visit customers.
  • Seek out new customers and opportunities
  • Attend training when available from Manufacture's and WPI.
  • Research Parts and meet vendors for quotes for customers as needed
  • Provide product leads and communications with unit sales representative.
  • Stay up to date on new product support offerings made available by WPI's Manufacture's and WPI.
  • Quote customers parts and service jobs as required coordinating with parts and services .
  • Manage Customer accounts and Service Agreements.
  • Make customer site visits for obtaining information for quoting PM Agreements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:



  • Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:



  • Typical hours of work Monday through Friday; 8m. to 5 p.m.
  • Office -Indoor/Outdoor Work
  • Hours are flexible as the job requires.
