Job overview:

Schneider is seeking an Inside Sales Assistant in Green Bay, WI to assist the Inside Sales Team within Schneider's Transportation Management (STM) division. The Inside Sales Assistant will create and track freight, set appointments and develop relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Create weekly reports for customers.
  • Track progress of customer accounts.
  • Troubleshoot customer load issues.
  • Track, trace and verify loads for customers.
  • Document the status of customer loads.

Skills and qualifications:
  • Associate degree.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
  • Able to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
