Inside the Role The Inventory Reliability Manager plays a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, stock integrity, and efficient returns processing to maintain on-time, error-free customer fulfillment at the Canton Parts Distribution Center (PDC). This position leads a team responsible for inventory control and quality assurance, including specialists focused on returns, stock discrepancies, and process improvements, as well as floor associates handling cycle counting and inventory validation.This team ensures that materials are accurately accounted for, shipments are fulfilled without issue, and quality concerns are addressed before they impact customers. The role works cross-functionally to resolve inventory discrepancies, strengthen supplier accountability, and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring analytical problem-solving, operational excellence, and process improvement expertise to reduce inventory errors, prevent quality failures, and ensure the reliability of stock.
