FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR
The Brewhouse Inn & Suites is looking for a full time Front Desk Supervisor to lead our Front Desk team and who is committed to providing first class service. The Front Desk is one of the most important jobs in our hotel and this position is the first point of contact our guests see upon entering the hotel.

As the Front Desk Supervisor for our team, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include:
- Supervise and schedule Guest Service Representatives.
- Make recommendations for staff selection, training, and discipline.
- Maintain shift checklists, direct bill, and other operational binders and materials.
- Check ins, check outs, and make reservations for guests.
- Sell and up-sell hotel facilities and services.
- Ensure office areas are stocked with equipment.
The position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualities:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Guest Services Representative.
- Good personality and positive interpersonal skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests regarding all aspects of their hotel stay.
- Dependability and regular attendance.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic, including the use of percentages.
