Hybrid Opportunity Once hired on as a FTE Expected Start Date - 4/28 *Job Description:* * Provide excellent customer service to all Medicare Advantage members. * Assist with coverage and claims related questions. * Accurately interpret benefits and policy provisions for all products. * Conduct research and follow-up for prompt resolution. * Work efficiently in a high volume call center while maintaining a professional, polite manner * Research, investigate and triage customer issues of concern and dissatisfaction as assigned * Advocate for the customer: explain benefits in a detailed and courteous manner so they are understood *Skills & Qualifications:* * 1 + years of customer service experience. * Proficient in Microsoft Office. *Entry Level* *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
