*Member Service Representative*
*Description: * We are seeking a dedicated *Member Service Representative *to respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within our 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. The ideal candidate will provide information regarding our products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. Responsibilities include performing transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. Additionally, the representative will advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs, providing opportunities for positive member interaction. *Basic Qualifications:* * High School Diploma or GED * At least 2 years of work experience * Background in Call Center, Customer Service or Office Administration *Skills Needed:* * Communication * Customer Service * Technical Proficiency * Problem Solving * Multitasking * Attention to Detail * Data Entry *Top Skills Details:* * Customer service * Data entry * Inbound and outbound calls * Call center operations *Additional Qualifications (Preferred but not required)* * Banking and Mortgage experience * Experience in high volume retail environment *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
