Position Summary: The QA Manager is responsible for leading and scaling the quality assurance strategy across engineering teams, with a strong emphasis on test automation, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. This role provides strategic leadership in QA practices while overseeing the work of QA engineers and ensuring consistent quality standards are applied through all stages of the software development lifecycle. The QA Manager works closely with product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders to define and drive a culture of quality across the organization. Position Responsibilities:

Base Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 Visa Sponsorship: Capital Rx does not provide sponsorship to any candidates.
