Assistant Restaurant Manager

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager on our team, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to guarantee standards are met and guest satisfaction is ensured.
- Assist in the supervision of team members, and establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships.
- Assist in the ordering of food and beverage supplies.
- Assist in the development of goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish necessary tasks productively.
- Demonstrate knowledge of a service-oriented culture.
- Perform both server and bartender positions as needed.
- Serve as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors and set a positive example for guest relations.
- Demonstrate proactive approaches when dealing with guests.
- Other tasks assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
The position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualities:
- Three years of experience in food and beverage, with three years of assistant management experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependability and regular attendance.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
