Electrical Engineer II - EA Engineering (Multiple Positions) - Starkey Laboratories, Inc. (Eden Prairie, MN). Responsible for design of new products and ensuring they meet performance, quality, manufacturing, and cost requirements for Standard (Behind the Ear - BTE) and/or Custom (In the Ear - ITE) products. Duties include: represent Electrical Engineering department on project teams; design innovative new products; provide documentation to support business needs; and, support existing products. Reqs MS in Electrical Engineering or closely related field, or, BS in Electrical Engineering or closely related field plus 2 years' engineering internship or 2 years' experience in hearing aid design or product development environment. Requires experience and demonstrated proficiency with: schematic and layout CAD packages; circuit simulation tools; printed circuit board analysis software and tools; DSP technology; acoustics; and, product development best practices. 5 days/week in-office. $94,203/year.
