About the Position
nLIGHT is a publicly traded high tech manufacturing company with an entrepreneurial spirit. We design, develop, and manufacture high power fiber lasers for use in both commercial and defense markets. Our dual-use products are developed internally, include a large degree of vertical integration, and are manufactured at multiple sites, including at our headquarters in Camas, WA.
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support our business by providing actionable reporting, forecasting and monitoring performance, and evaluating how to optimize our cost structure. This is a high growth opportunity within a collaborative and driven finance organization. Our ideal candidate will have general finance knowledge, an aptitude with business systems, and a desire to make a lasting contribution and difference within the finance department.
This position will regularly work with all levels of the organization and will require someone with high personal and professional values, strong leadership skills, and a desire to learn and grow with the company. Our successful candidate enjoys new challenges, investigating root cause of issues, streamlining work, identifying areas for improvement, and following through to drive changes.
