JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Social Science Research Institute (SSRI) is currently seeking a Research Computing Facilitation Supervisor who will manage the Institute's research information systems and security services, with a strong focus to support and enhance the computational capabilities of the SSRI research community. They will facilitate collaboration within and between institutes to address data storage and faculty research computing needs. In addition, this position will work across SSRI units to oversee and coordinate programming/training including support of administrative data reporting needs for a collaborative environment that accelerates research innovation. This position will report to the SSRI Research Operations Manager and will work closely with the Director and Unit Directors of SSRI. Education and Experience: The minimum requirements are a bachelor's degree or higher and 3+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience are required for this position. Additional education and/or experience are required for higher-level positions. The successful candidate will also have the following:
