The Senior Marketing Manager for the CNXN Helix Center For Applied AI And Robotics, plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for our Helix group. The Sr. Marketing Manager will be at the forefront of driving Helix's market presence, establishing us as a premier AI consultancy for C-suite executives and Fortune 500 and beyond companies. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to our growth trajectory in the exciting AI landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulates and implements comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Helix AI solutions, aligning closely with organizational objectives and prevailing market dynamics.

    • Develops solutions and offerings of sophisticated AI solutions that will accelerate growth.
    • Maintains an expert knowledge of trends in the segment market and translates these into technology sales opportunities for the segment.
    • Establishes and curates reference tools and knowledge repositories for the benefit of the Helix team.
    • Empowers Helix Pro Sales personnel to effectively deliver solutions that drive market penetration and foster growth in market share.




  • Works collaboratively with Product Management to engage partners.

    • Identifies and pursues targeted partners for the segment, cultivates strategic alliances with key industry influencers, technology partners and relevant stakeholders.
    • Jointly develops and drives segment specific programs and initiatives by collaborating with partners and the Helix Council to conceptualize and execute Helix AI programs and initiatives aimed at mutual benefit.
    • Monitors partnership activities in order to maximize return on investment for all stakeholders including partners, Helix and Connection.
    • Measures and evaluates performance metrics and enablement initiatives to effectively drive expansion and growth within the AI domain.




  • Leads development of marketing plans and management of marketing campaigns and integrated marketing activities for Helix and Connection AI practices.

    • Develops plans that translate goals and priorities into marketing campaigns with tightly coordinated tactical plans that encompass market awareness and engagement, sales readiness and effectiveness, and demand generation.
    • Owns marketing campaigns from ideation to completion ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
    • Develops and deploys highly effective themes, positioning and messaging; ensure consistency with company branding for all facing market-facing materials.
    • Conducts market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategy and product development efforts.
    • Oversees planning, budget, execution, and campaign tracking and reporting.
    • Coordinates activities with Connection Marketing staff.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience and 12-15 years' progressive marketing experience.
  • Proven track record in marketing roles, with a focus on B2B technology marketing and experience in AI or related fields.
  • Experience working with technology manufacturers in a channel marketing model. 
  • Experience with business planning and marketing plan development.
  • Experience leveraging business intelligence tools to define business opportunities to drive marketing planning and opportunities.
  • Strategic thinker in future-oriented terms who anticipates and considers external and internal elements with ability to develop long-term plans to leverage resources.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans. Advanced presentation skills with ability to deliver business proposals to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a track record of successfully influencing stakeholders and working cross-functionally and across all levels of an organization.
  • Metrics-driven with an eye for creativity.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business, combined with a solid technical acumen.
