Job Title: Project & Change Execution Manager (Finance)

Corporate Title: Vice President

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Overview

As a Change Execution Manager in Finance Strategic Analytics, you will have a leading role on change initiatives to meet the Bank's strategy and ensure that business benefits are achieved. You will build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders across the Bank, providing thought leadership and acting as a trusted adviser. In addition to having a broad change skillset, you may also specialize in a core change capability e.g., Business Analysis, Program Management, Process Improvement/Re-engineering, Change Additional Job Description Adoption and Test Management.

What You'll Do

  • You will review new regulations and translate these into business requirements
  • You will engage in User Application Testing
  • You will lead a project or workstream within a larger program and ensure that the relevant analyses are performed, shaped into appropriate management information, and presented to the relevant governance bodies
  • You will be responsible for quality delivery of benefits within agreed budget, resources and time frame, issue resolution and risk management
  • You will ensure the documentation and tracking of risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies and other relevant artefacts as well as the regular update of status reports and milestones. You will also propose Change Requests for milestones to the appropriate governance bodies and support the Program Director in the preparation of the meetings of the governance bodies (Steering Committee, Operating Committee)
  • You will ensure close collaboration with the wider program to ensure alignment with the program's objectives and to ensure the benefits are achieved

How You'll Lead

  • You will actively manage the stakeholder engagement by ensuring a close collaboration with key stakeholders across the Bank while also working closely with subject matter experts to collect, balance, and prioritize business requirements
  • You will provide solutions for the project that support the Bank's vision, goals, and strategy, whilst understanding the regulatory landscape
  • You champion accountability by taking ownership and delivering what you have committed to

Skills You'll Need

  • Master degree or above, preferably in business administration, economics, mathematics, computer science equivalent)
  • Moderate relevant experience in one or more of the following subjects: Business Analysis; Project and Program Management; Target Operating Model design and execution; Process Improvement/Re-engineering; Regulatory Policy & Advisory (Subject Matter Expert); Implementation of regulatory rules; Regulatory reporting (Subject Matter Expert)
  • Moderate experience in a project leadership role with budget responsibility
  • Moderate experience of experience in the banking industry, ideally including interaction with regulators
  • Moderate experience years of experience in working in a globally distributed team

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Clear understanding of Finance's key processes, governance framework and systems
  • Experience in regulatory reporting (Subject Matter Expert)
  • Experience in the delivery of Finance regulatory reporting projects Experience in the delivery of Credit Risk, Market Risk or Operational Risk projects
  • Experience with data frameworks, business architecture or IT architecture Having worked in an Agile at Scale environment Advanced data analytics capabilities like Excel VBA or Python coding
  • Experience in business analysis (writing requirements on epics and feature level)

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $100,000 to $145,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
