Responsible for ongoing support, enhancement and providing leadership of the bank's overall risk management programs which include Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, and Risk and Governance Management Programs in compliance with applicable regulations and bank practices. Incumbent will lead, execute, and enhance various Enterprise, Operational and Governance Risk Management programs and activities, which may include: Risk Appetite Statements, Enterprise Risk Monitoring, Risk and Control Self-Assessment, New Product and Service Risk Assessment, facilitate Corporate Risk Assessments, Corporate Policy, Charter and Procedure Management, among other Risk Programs. Person will establish cross-functional partnerships with various Business Lines to ensure strong communication and a consistent application of Risk Management Program requirements. Additionally, person will use a logical, risk-based thought process and experience to perform independent analytics that will assist management with risk identification, root cause analysis, reporting and ongoing monitoring of overall risk profiles. In addition, this incumbent will stay up-to-date with regulatory guidance and bank initiatives to identify and implement efficiencies and enhancements to the Risk Programs.This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
