Supervisor, EVS/Housekeeping - Encinitas

This is a full-time salaried position located at our Scripps Memorial campus in Encinitas. This will mainly be a night shift position but you must be available to work a varied shift (start time will be dependent upon the department's need) and varied schedule including weekends. Will provide coverage for additional cleaning assignments as needed.

The Environmental Services Supervisor provides oversight of cleanliness, project management, and motivates the team to offer superior health services in a caring environment. As the Supervisor you will make a positive, measurable difference in the health of individuals in the communities by leading a team that serves, by going above and beyond for our patients. You will also ensure all cleaning processes are being followed and perform quality control by efficiently training staff.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of leadership experience and strong commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience
• A high school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• 6 months Housekeeping experience in healthcare or hospitality
