Part-Time Employment Coordinator Category: Administration & Office Support Employment Type: Contract Reference: BH-384027 Job Title: Part-Time Employment Coordinator Location: Austin, TX Schedule: Part-Time (20-25 hours/week) Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Employment Coordinator to support our HR and onboarding processes on site at our customer in Austin, TX. This role will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for new hires. Key Responsibilities: Provide onboarding support to new employees, including document collection and orientation assistance Coordinate and issue employee badges and ensure access credentials are properly managed Schedule and assist with employee testing and compliance-related screenings Maintain accurate records and ensure all onboarding steps are completed in a timely manner Collaborate with HR and management teams to ensure a positive and consistent new hire experience Qualifications: Previous administrative or HR support experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office For immediate consideration, apply now.
