Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Employment Coordinator to support our HR and onboarding processes on site at our customer in Austin, TX. This role will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide onboarding support to new employees, including document collection and orientation assistance
  • Coordinate and issue employee badges and ensure access credentials are properly managed
  • Schedule and assist with employee testing and compliance-related screenings
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all onboarding steps are completed in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to ensure a positive and consistent new hire experience


Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative or HR support experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
