Our Dassault Systemes Business Development HUB is excited to announce we have a hybrid internship opportunity available in our Waltham, MA office!

The Business Development Hub Industry Process Consultant NAM team focuses on developing the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform on Cloud solutions of Dassault Systemes within the given region. Focusing on new disruptive Start-Ups and other small and medium businesses, the Industry Process Consultant team addresses technical challenges related to 3D Modeling, Systems Engineering, Project & Data management, Simulation, and Manufacturing topics, among others. The Industry Process Consultant team consists of technical trusted advisors, which supports the Inside Sales Team of Business Development Hub and the general growth of Cloud business in NAM.

The position of Adoption Industry Process Consultant is meant for mastering 3DEXPERIENCE platform product usage and articulating its overall value to both customers and prospects. It also requires understanding and addressing the business needs of the customer from 3DEXPERIENCE applications, leading to deal closure and securing a successful go live. The Adoption Industry Process Consultant will focus on handling onboarding sessions of our new customers, as well as technical follow-ups in order to assist on technical issues and questions from customers, but also helps identifying potential opportunities of up-selling and cross-selling products. Collaboration with Sales Experts and other members of Dassault Systemes internal ecosystem is also a critical part of the role.

You will be part of a team that plays a crucial role in ensuring that users have the information and resources they need to effectively utilize our software products and achieve their goals. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Adoption Industry Process Consultant Intern with skills in the following areas:

• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with customers, participate in cross team communication for customer's current and future state, and translate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Presentation Skills: Strong presentation capabilities to demonstrate software functionality and motivate end user action through clear onboarding and adoption experiences via remote video conferencing tools and digital platforms.
• Process Mapping Skills: Skilled assessments of customer business processes to interpret technical requirements, create business process models, and advise on efficiency improvements.
• Self-Motivation and Learning Agility: Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and methodologies, as well as the ability to work independently and adapt to evolving customer requirements.

Qualifications

• In pursuit of Bachelor of Sciences in engineering or similar experience. Strong industrial engineering background. (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred)
• Knowledge of CAD tools and/or CAE software. Knowledge of PLM solutions is a plus.
• Confidence in delivering technical solution consulting remotely (through video conferencing tools and innovative digital platforms).
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Passionate about innovative technologies and digital tools.
• Able to provide customers with flawless onboarding, and adoption experience.
• Eager to create and execute a successful strategy to achieve business goals and objectives.
• A proactive self-starter, ambitious, and willing to grow within a great company

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $20 - $24 per hour.
