ONLINE MARKETING MANAGER 17 Position Summary
The Online Marketing Manager leads a diverse group of employees that drives and executes brand standards, program awareness, customer acquisition and retention strategies for all CPS Energy products and services. This includes direct marketing to consumers and businesses through digital marketing channels. The Online Marketing Manager defines the digital messaging and resource requirements for external and internal programs and manages their team of employees to accomplish the assignment, prioritization, creation, quality, and approvals for all deliverables requested from marketing. The Online Marketing Manager will lead the development of their team and ensure continued learning in the energy, marketing and communications fields. The Online Marketing Manager provides input into the development and implements marketing strategies and execution plans across residential, small business, large commercial and industrial customers and will be expected to develop a comprehensive knowledge of customer market segments, products, programs, services, and tools designed for each market. This position will participate in developing the strategies to enhance and strengthen the CPS Energy brand in the greater San Antonio area and nationally. The Online Marketing Manager will be responsible for coordination with internal operations, product, market analytics and other internal partners as well as external stakeholders, consultants, and community organizations to meet all goals related to digital marketing initiatives and projects. Minimum Skills Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Possess a valid driver's license with a history of a safe driving record in accordance with CPSE policies, procedures, safety standards, and applicable laws and regulations
Experience marketing B2C and B2B.
Demonstrated well-developed written and verbal communications skills for interaction within the section, across departmental lines to all levels of personnel, and vertically with management.
Strong organizational/ facilitative/leadership skills, including the ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels of the CPS Energy organization as well as outside organizations.
Ability to effectively manage time and complete projects on a timely basis
Ability to achieve results; multi-task, prioritize and work in a flexible, highly collaborative, employee empowering work environment.
Mastery of graphics design software applications and website administration. Preferred Qualifications
