Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PEGA frameworks Pega platform Pega application development Pega data and integration and Pega case management. Additionally the candidate should have domain expertise in Medicare and Medicaid claims claims and payer. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Pega-based solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of Pega frameworks and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team on Pega platform and application development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of Pega applications with existing systems and data sources.
• Develop and maintain Pega case management solutions to streamline business processes.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications and integrations.
• Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Work closely with the domain experts to ensure solutions align with Medicare and Medicaid claims claims and payer requirements.
• Provide documentation and training to end-users and support teams.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in Pega frameworks Pega platform and Pega application development.
• Should possess strong skills in Pega data and integration and Pega case management.
• Must have domain expertise in Medicare and Medicaid claims claims and payer.
• Should have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be able to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Should be proactive in staying updated with the latest Pega technologies.
• Must have experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Should be able to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Must have experience in project planning and estimation.
• Should be able to provide documentation and training to end-users.
• Must have a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $112,000/Year to $145,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
