General Summary: The Manager - Enterprise Sales is responsible for the sale of company products and services to current and potential customers. Staffs, directs, and develops a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and revenue growth in line with company vision and values. Calls on prospective customers via phone and in person. Develops long-term relationships and becomes the trusted advisor to the customer. Leads team in generating leads, creating sales and proposing complete solutions for prospects. Essential Job Functions:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Sales Leadership, Marketing, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience required. 1 to 3 years of experience in sales management required.
