We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Endoscope Imaging System Assembler. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality endoscope imaging systems while adhering to strict standards and procedures.

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30 pm (4x10 schedule)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble miniature precision medical products with attention to quality and detail.

  • Follow assembly drawings and written procedures to ensure accurate production.

  • Operate basic to moderately complex machinery and equipment.

  • Work with adhesives, solvents, microscopes, small hand and power tools, and measurement devices.

  • Meet production takt time and quality standards while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

  • Collaborate effectively with coworkers to achieve team goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

  • 0-1 years of experience in assembling miniature precision medical products preferred.

  • Strong ability to understand and follow assembly drawings and instructions.

  • Proficient in operating hand tools, measurement devices, and basic machinery.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain positive relationships with coworkers.
