*Description*
Shift: M-F; 8:30am - 5pm. Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm This person will be sitting behind the front desk and will be responsible for addressing the needs of any customer that walks in to the facility. They will greet the customer and find out if they are there for an appointment or if they are a "walk in". They will have to pull up the customer's information on the computer and get them situated with what they need. They will have to enter information in the customer's profile and make sure all information is up to date and accurate. Once the customer is set up with the next steps this person will take another customer or catch up on any work that needs to be completed. When not with a customer, they will also be responsible for taking incoming calls. Once customers are finished with their appointment, or walk in visit, this person will have to check the customer out and make sure that they are leaving satisfied with the experience. Emily needs someone that can maintain their calmness 100%. - Communication is key. Written and verbal. No slang. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $20.00/hr.
