THE JOB: The Executive Host is responsible for supporting the retention of the property's casino customer base while streamlining processes to deliver exceptional customer service. This role requires sound judgment in fulfilling casino customer requests, ensuring all actions align with MGM Resorts International's marketing policies, practices, and procedures. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Elevate the guest experience by assessing casino activity and, if authorized, rewarding players with exciting complimentary offerings. Build lasting relationships with guests, creating unforgettable moments that drive loyalty and excitement. Deliver VIP treatment from check-in to check-out, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated. If authorized, establish marker limits for eligible players, enhancing their gaming experience. Be the life of the party-engage with guests at exclusive events to support marketing and retention efforts. Safeguard confidential guest information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. Turn challenges into opportunities by resolving guest concerns with efficiency and hospitality. Stay sharp and compliant by adhering to all regulations, including Title 31, and completing required training.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and works effectively as part of a team. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and possesses strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all business contacts. Flexible in working a variety of shifts. Maintains a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance in accordance with MGM Resorts International Marketing standards. Proficient in navigating and utilizing computer programs efficiently. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 1 year of prior work experience required. Is at least 21 years old 2+ years of experience in hotel operations, casino marketing, VIP services, or table games preferred.
