Overall Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator positively represents IWCO in interactions with candidates, hiring managers and vendors. The person in this role ensures a smooth and efficient hiring experience so that IWCO can attract and retain high performing talent.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external partnerships; build success, trust, and credibility.





  • Interface with candidates, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers; ensure fluid and prompt candidate communication; promote IWCO as an employer of choice.



  • Collaborate with candidates, vendor partners, and others; ensure pre-employment requirements are met before candidate start dates.



  • Process and track all pre-employment requirements including criminal background checks, drug screens and reference checks (Facilitate orientation for a seamless start with IWCO.



  • Refresh job postings and prepare company standard offer letters.



  • Schedule candidate with interview panel; make necessary technology/travel arrangements for interviews.





  • Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates; create a great customer service experience.



  • Organize and track the employee referral process.



  • Assist with TA communications.



  • Enter new hire information into database; as needed.



  • Perform other (or other Human Resources related) duties as applicable or assigned.



Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies:



  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple high-pressure deadlines.



  • Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.



  • Ability to type at least 30 WPM.





  • Highly motivated with a growth mindset.



  • Customer oriented.



Salary:
The starting hourly rate range for this position is $23-27/hr

At IWCO, base pay is determined by job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience, along with factors such as role scope and location. Candidates seeking compensation outside of the posted range are encouraged to apply and will be considered based on their individual qualifications and/or may be considered for other positions.

Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.





  • Experience posting job ads preferred.



  • Experience handling onboarding processes preferred.



Physical Requirements:



  • Ability to work 8 hours consecutively.





  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
