I am working with a client that is looking for a remote Business Solutions Analyst. This role is business-focused and requires experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for requirements management. While Figma experience is not mandatory, candidates should have UX project experience, including customer prototyping and possibly adding notes to designs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
* Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for managing requirements.
* Engage in UX projects, including customer prototyping and design annotation.
* Conduct business process mapping and analysis.
* Perform customer and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and requirements.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
* Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
* UX project experience, including customer prototyping.
* Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable.
* Technical experience and familiarity with business process mapping.
* Strong customer and stakeholder interview skills.

Estimated Min Rate: $50.00
Estimated Max Rate: $60.00
