Position Summary The Deposit Systems Analyst will serve as a liaison between Deposit Operations teams and Intelligent Automation for RPA bots supporting Deposit Operations. This person will be the primary contact, systems analyst, and system administrator for CIF and Deposit document exception tracking application. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assesses automation opportunities from a business unit perspective and work with the Intelligent Automation team to develop solutions.
Design and analysis of automation deployments for Deposit Operations.
- Proficient in driving best practice design - identifying reusable components, queues, configurable parameters.
- Understands all stages of an Automation journey and coordinates with the SME and RPA developer in each stage.
- Rigorously execute automation testing for Deposit Operations, user acceptance testing. Responsible for knowledge transfer.
- Forwards higher complexity issues to relevant teams.
- Monitors RPA exception reports and ensures each Deposit Operations team promptly responds.
- System admin for selected CIF and Deposit document exception tracking tool.
- Ensures that all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Ability to effectively speak, respond to questions, and present information to the following: one-on-one /small groups, customers, employees, clients, managers, top management, public groups, board of directors, and the general public.
- Education and/or Experience
- BS/BA Degree (four year) from an accredited university/college AND
- Two plus years of experience as an Application Analyst or similar role.
- Computer Skills
- MS Office programs
- Jack Henry SilverLake preferred
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Other Qualifications (including physical requirements)
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and planning skills with the ability to set priorities.
- Must have working knowledge of mid-range or mainframe computer operating systems (preferably AS400); software and workflow design preferred.
- Must have microcomputer knowledge (use of database and Microsoft networking operating systems, documents, and spreadsheets.)
- General banking knowledge preferred.
- Ability to comprehend process mapping.
