Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Content Consultant with 12 to 15 years of experience in content and copywriting UX writing and content strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media and entertainment domains. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive content initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive content strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality content including copywriting UX writing and multimedia content ensuring consistency and brand voice.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior content creators fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Collaborate with UX designers product managers and marketing teams to create user-centric content that enhances the overall user experience.
• Conduct thorough content audits and gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and maintain content calendars ensuring timely delivery of content across various platforms and channels.
• Analyze content performance metrics and user feedback to refine and improve content strategies and execution.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content creation UX writing and content strategy.
• Ensure all content complies with legal and regulatory requirements as well as company guidelines and standards.
• Drive content innovation by experimenting with new formats technologies and approaches to engage and retain audiences.
• Collaborate with external partners including freelancers and agencies to scale content production and achieve project goals.
• Manage content-related projects from conception to completion ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Advocate for the importance of content strategy within the organization demonstrating its impact on business success and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in content and copywriting UX writing and content strategy.
• Should have a strong background in the media and entertainment domains.
• Must possess excellent communication collaboration and project management skills.
• Should be proficient in using content management systems and analytics tools.
• Nice to have experience in multimedia content creation and digital marketing.
• Should have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging and user-centric content.
• Must be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced hybrid work environment.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $119,000/Year to $139,500/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
