PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $104,000.00-$126,900.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $80,800.00 - $150,200.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. If you're located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. In this role, you'll be at the heart of it all: translating data into stories, solving complex problems, and delivering thoughtful, actionable recommendations that directly impact products, pricing, channels, and the member experience. Your work will fuel innovation and support BECU's mission of serving our members with excellence, every step of the way. WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Deliver Credit Card Insights: Leverage your expertise in credit card analytics to work closely with the business, manage requests, structure data, procure reports, analyze trends, and highlight key insights across credit card products and delivery channels.
  • Make Data Actionable: Extract and condition data from our warehouse transforming it into compelling dashboards and analytic insights that drive business value.
  • Create Impactful Dashboards: Design and develop compelling dashboards that transform complex data into actionable insights, driving strategic business decisions for the Credit Card division..
  • Collaborate with the Credit Card division:Partner closely with the Credit Card team to understand their needs, manage requests, and deliver data-driven insights that support credit card strategy and enhance product performance. Lead with Curiosity: Use both quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform decisions, uncover trends, and challenge assumptions with data-driven thinking.
  • Champion the Member: Ensure every recommendation and report supports BECU's mission to maximize value for our members and meet their evolving needs.
  • Elevate the Analytics Function: Be a voice of accountability and ownership in the analytics space - you won't just crunch numbers; you'll connect the dots.

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications
  • B.A./B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field - or equivalent experience with strong analytical and business acumen.
  • Minimum five years of financial product analysis, including a minimum of three years in pricing, profitability, and feasibility - with a track record of owning deliverables and driving business impact.
  • Hands-on experience in credit card analytics - with a deep understanding of credit card products, usage trends, and key performance metrics.
  • Skilled in gathering, conditioning, and interpreting complex data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proficient in MS Office and database tools (Access, Excel, etc.) with strong attention to accuracy and integrity.
  • Experienced in building impactful dashboards using Tableau.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership mindset; able to work independently and collaboratively with accountability.
  • Confident presenting complex insights to executive-level audiences.
Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business preferred.
  • Experience with Credit Card analytics.
  • Financial services industry experience.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • Understanding of strategic planning, market dynamics, and long-term business forecasting.
