Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Use analytics to monitor the effectiveness of compensation plans, policies, and administrative procedures
  • Partner with our compensation team to manage our equity compensation programs
  • Execute challenging assignments related to strategic initiatives in collaboration with business partners.
  • Administer, analyze, maintain, and implement compensation practices and policies
  • Assess processes utilizing industry best practices and recommend SOP updates.
  • Analyze, evaluate and report data leveraging HRIS and supporting HR technology.
  • Perform system audits to support optimal usage and efficiency.
Competencies and skills

Qualifications:

  • Rising Senior pursuing a major in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development/Management, Communications or Marketing major.
  • Solid analytical skills and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization.
  • Handle multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.

Proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools: Excel and Word.

Preferences: (Preferred attributes for the position, if any)

  • Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, visuals/charts)
  • Able to analyze complex data and develop recommendations and solutions
  • Desire to take ownership of a project and ability to prioritize multiple projects and adjust workload accordingly
  • Strong time management and project management skills efficiently working with deadlines
