Join our premier client, a leader in processing high-performance polymers, composites, and precision metal parts, that is seeking a skilled Mold Setter to join their dynamic team. With nearly a century of experience, our partner company collaborates with industry leaders across sectors such as healthcare, aerospace & defense, electrical infrastructure, automotive, and industrial equipment. Operating over 30 plants in nine countries, our client is committed to delivering innovative solutions.

Schedules Available:

1st shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm

2nd shift: 3:30pm - 12:00am

3rd shift: 11:30pm - 8:00am

Monday - Friday

Pay: $20.50/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Set and pull molds following established procedures.
  • Complete assigned sections of the changeover checklist.
  • Load programs for robots and machines to ensure proper operation.
  • Respond promptly to buzzers, alarms, and red lights.
  • Communicate with relevant departments to address any molding-related issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all responsible areas.
  • Follow safety, housekeeping, and quality system requirements to ensure a safe work environment.




Qualifications: 6+ months as a material handler or machine operator in manufacturing; prefer mold set-up experience; use overhead cranes; heavy lifting. Must have forklift experience.
