The Program Specialist is responsible for coordinating, engaging in, and providing oversight of projects, budgets, processes, and the policies and procedures essential to the success of global and departmental programs.
*This role will be remote. * Job Description GPM is seeking a Program Specialist to support the Global Critical Care Transversal Program (GCCP) and the Culture and Communication Transversal Program (C+C) in their collaborative work on interdisciplinary communication. Duties will include coordinating and implementing the projects and initiatives, including researching, documenting, and disseminating information. Reporting to the Global Critical Care Program Manager, this key team member will act as a liaison with other members of GPM/SJG and global collaborators and thus must be able to communicate clearly and foster trusting relationships. This position will work closely with the St. Jude Global Culture and Communication team and research collaborators at Washington University St. Louis. The person in the role is able to work remotely. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
