The International FP&A team partners with TransUnion's International leadership, along with the regional finance teams, to build quarterly segment financial forecasts, ongoing business performance analysis, and investment guidance.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience with planning, forecasting, allocations, and monthly close
  • 2-3 years in finance, a business analytics role, or business process consulting
  • BS/BA in Accounting or Finance; strong GAAP knowledge

We're also looking for the preferred skills below. Whether you are proficient or could use some brushing up, we're happy to support your development in:

  • Experience with GL and Forecasting tools (e.g. PeopleSoft/OneStream)
  • Experience with Power BI

Impact You'll Make:

  • Provides financial planning, analysis, and decision support to senior leaders of the International segment while understanding the unique characteristics of each region
  • Works with adjacency heads (CI, FinTech, Insurance) on reporting the performance of their organizations
  • Partners with Sales Operations to provide sales organization analytics
  • Ad-hoc financial analysis driven by the ever changing dynamics of a global organization
  • In the first 90 days, assist in preparation of quarterly forecast presentations and analysis. Communicate financial performance to respective business owners. Support respective business owners by researching questions and investigating variances on financial statements. Prepare profitability and variance analysis, pricing models, etc., as needed. Interact with SVPs within the business, with exposure to executive level management in the International Segment. Prepare ad-hoc reports and assists in special projects, focused to improve forecasting accuracy and provide additional business insight.
  • Beyond 90 days, develop Tableau skills to build meaningful dashboards and analysis to communicate financial analysis and insights to non-Finance mindsets
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and process enhancements related to financial planning, forecasting, allocations, and reporting.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $62,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
