Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse Location: Milford, DE 19963 Duration: 01 Year to Long Term Shift: 07:00 am to 07:00 pm (3 days a week) with alternative weekend Role & Responsibilities: Provides or evaluates direct nursing care. Implements and/or reviews nursing care plans. Administration of Medications and Treatments. Record Charting. Provides health care instruction and guidance to individuals, families, community groups and/or nursing home facilities in the management of their health care needs. Maintains an effective working relationship with other members of the treatment team. Prepares and submits records, reports, evaluations, and forms. Participates in and makes recommendations regarding quality assurance activities. Takes and records vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration. License and Certification: LPN License for the state of Delaware BLS/CPR Certificate. Covid Vaccination Card.
