Senior Manager, Global Partner Program Investments

Overview: Reporting to the Head of the Juniper Partner Advantage Program, this role is responsible for managing the investment strategy for Juniper's leading partner program. The Senior Manager will ensure Juniper delivers a scalable, growth-oriented, leading ROI engine that accelerates channel business.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Define, optimize, and manage a best-in-class channel investment strategy.
  • Utilize analytics to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide actionable insights for improvement across the customer lifecycle.
  • Manage and forecast annual and quarterly contra revenue investment strategies.
  • Implement strategies successfully across growth and performance investments.
  • Collaborate with the Programs and Sales Acceleration team to drive differentiation, sales growth, and partner experience.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Partner Operations, and Go-To-Market teams to improve internal efficiencies and partner experience.
  • Understand industry standards, partner needs, and the competitive landscape to create strategies that outpace the competition.
  • Modernize policies and governance standards to ensure compliance and consistency in incentive administration.


Minimum Qualifications:



  • 15+ years of professional experience focusing on partners, investments, and finance.
  • Expert-level experience in data trending and modeling with tools like Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI, and Incentive Platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive sound decision-making.
  • Self-motivated and accountable, able to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or business (Master's Degree preferred).


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in partnering or partner programs in the Security and Networking space.


Minimum Salary: $168,800.00

Maximum Salary:$242,650.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $168,800.00 and $242,650.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
