Job Description

We're seeking a Marketing Director, Web Strategy & Digital Growth to shape and execute a comprehensive web and digital strategy that drives engagement, conversion, and revenue growth. This leader will manage a team of web marketers and strategists while collaborating across our marketing organization to optimize the website's customer experience across brand, demand generation, product marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid media-ultimately generating high-quality leads.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketer and web strategist with a strong background working with corporate websites to create compelling customer experiences that drive demand generation. You will refine our website experience to enhance engagement and lead generation, leveraging expertise in marketing strategies, content journeys, personas, and website best practices.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Web Strategy & Optimization: Develop and execute a long-term digital strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring continuous improvement of web performance and user experience. Craft compelling customer journeys and recommendations to prioritize business growth opportunities through demand and lead generation on the website.
  • Digital Marketing & Acquisition: Partner with marketing teams to integrate web strategy with paid media, email marketing, and social media campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Growth & Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and SEO rankings to measure and enhance digital growth.
  • SEO & Content Strategy: Lead SEO initiatives and content strategy to improve search rankings, organic traffic, and customer engagement.
  • A/B Testing & Personalization: Implement data-driven experimentation and personalization strategies to enhance website performance and customer journeys.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and optimize strategies to improve website conversions and lead generation efforts.
  • Innovation & Emerging Trends: Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure a competitive web presence.
  • Leadership: Lead and inspire a team to evolve the company's website into an indispensable demand generation and customer engagement tool.



What You'll Need to Succeed:



  • BS/BA with 9+ years of marketing, website management, and analytics experience.
  • Proven experience driving demand generation and business growth through a website and digital experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital business models and how to test/optimize customer experiences to deliver business results. A clear command of customer journey metrics.
  • Experience leading and maintaining uncompromisingly positive team culture. A team-focused obsession that makes you a great team member and a great team leader.
  • Experience with SEO & technical content strategy.
  • An innovation mindset complemented by strong analytical skills and an ability to turn data into actionable insights. A passion and enthusiasm for experimenting, building new things and a stomach for the exploration and iteration it takes.
  • Self-starter attitude with a clear history of getting things done.
  • Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships with teams such as product marketing, performance marketing/demand generation, field marketing, etc.
  • Strong technical proficiency and understanding of web development technologies, such as Adobe Cloud, Figma, CSS, JavaScript, SEO, analytics tools, and CMS platforms. Familiarity with heuristic testing and UX design principles.


Minimum Salary: $202,400.00

Maximum Salary:$290,950.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $202,400.00 and $290,950.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
