The Adobe/AJO Email Coding Specialist will be part of the Marketing and Customer Operations Delivery team, which is quickly becoming the Center of Excellence for Marketing Communications Execution. This role will focus on design, build, implementation and maintenance of email and SMS campaigns, specifically within Adobe Journey Optimizer. Day to day requirements will include meeting with marketing partners to gather requirements, consulting on email best practice, creation of emails as well as deploying email campaigns. The ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high quality work in a timely manner is of utmost importance.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Design, build and deploy a variety of different email campaigns ranging in complexity
  • Perform review of emails to ensure proper rendering and execution
  • Organizeand prioritize variety of tasks and requests from multiple clients
  • Ensure content changesand updates in a timely and accurate manner
  • Integratevariable data into emails / SMS messaging
  • Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert), representing our team on cross-functional projects
  • A solid business process and operations skills

Required Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of Digital distribution experience including email and SMS/text experience
  • 3+ years of experience with email marketing platforms, Adobe Experience Platform (specifically Adobe Journey Optimizer) preferred
  • HTML email coding and CSS experience
  • Basic proficiency with MS Word, Excel (creating tables, formulas, and Vlookups) and PowerPoint Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTargetplatform experience
  • Responsiveemail design and development experience
  • A/B Test design and tracking experience
  • AMPscript experience



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience working with project management tools and systems (Workfront)
  • Adobe Analytics and/or other web analytics experience
  • Adobe Customer Journey Analytics experience

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
