Job Summary:

The Workforce Solutions Project Manager is responsible to lead the implementation of set processes
and procedures to teams. Assure customer satisfaction by instilling confidence in the Workforce
Solutions organization by continuously collaborating with our clients on identifying strategic
opportunities to improve our workforce management value-added offerings and experience.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain deep solution knowledge which is leveraged to solve clients' business
challenges.
* Act as "Trusted Advisors" to clients, vendors, and internal cross-functional groups.
* Understand and articulate how technology solutions are highly functional and reliable.
* Deliver compelling presentations and communicate effectively at all levels within an
organization.
* Readily exchange ideas for innovation and adaptability for continuous improvement.
Preferred Education & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
* 3-5 years related experience in management, experience in commercial staffing is preferred

Your Work Environment (Physical Demands)
Remote/Hybrid: Typically work is performed either in an office environment or a suitable workspace to
conduct business free of distractions and background noise. This position requires compliance for all
occupational safety and health standards, rules, and regulations. Below are a few standards specific for
this position:
* Sit or stand for long periods of time and walk short distances
* Regularly required to talk, hear, and communicate in writing
* Adjust to vision for both close and distance views
* Stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds

Travel Requirements:

50-75% travel time expected for the position, depending on the projects and if need arises.

MVR Requirements
Must have a valid drivers' license with a driving record indicating a safe driving history acceptable to the
company and at all times remain eligible to drive a motor vehicle under applicable laws and regulations.
