IMMEDIATE FINANICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED. YOU CAN START IMMEDIATLEY. OPPORTUNITY TO WORK REMOTE AFTER ON SITE TRAINING IN NEW YORK CITY OFFICE YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT FOR THIS POSITION. IT REQUIRES A COMPUTER WITH WINDOWS 11 PRO OR A MAC OS 13 OR HIGHER BACHELOR DEGREE REQUIRED SECOND SHIFT: 12PM - 8PM OR 2PM-10PM MONDAY - FRIDAY + OVERTIME SATURDAY OFFERED PAY RATE: $18/HR, OVERTIME RATE: $27/HR NYC, NY, MUST TRAIN ON SITE FOR 1 WEEK AND THEN YOU WILL BE 100% REMOTE (YOU ARE ALLOWED TO STAY ON SITE IF YOU WOULD LIKE) Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree required * Microsoft Office proficient * Excellent communication skills and email communication skills Description -Provide customer service to registered shareholders through inbound and outbound call lists. -Educate shareholders on various corporate actions, board and shareholder proposals and voting options. -Track and monitor outstanding issues and provide clients with timely updates. -Log information into Access Database -Assist in the development of campaign themes to ensure the proper narrative is being communicated. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
