Estimated annual base pay: $16.49(minimum) - $28.60(maximum) All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

Communicates information to others about project status, updates, specific instructions, etc. and reviews item status in MRP and ensures item is logged/closed out based on its current status. Documents non-conformance and dispositions using non-conformance forms and identifies and recommends corrective actions, as necessary. Cleans and maintains measuring instruments and test equipment; treats and inspects/tests parts (e.g., routed and deburring operations) per applicable work instructions. Follows all departmental safety rules and regulations and puts on all appropriate safety gear, and clothing/protection required by work activities. Completes and reviews product paperwork, verifying all paperwork is present and filled out appropriately and complete computer entries accurately and in a timely manner. Assists in identifying and implementing corrective actions for production issues. Analyzes and interprets blueprints, manuals and other materials to determine specifications, inspection and testing procedures and conducts tests and inspections by following applicable work instructions. Develops and approves inspection techniques. Measures and inspect dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
What We Are Looking For
US - High School Diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Coil Winding/Cable Making Operations and certification in ball fusing and soldering. 2-5 years related work experience
