Genesis10 is currently seeking a Digital Delivery Coordinator with our client in the financial Industry located in San Francisco, CA. This is a 12+ month contract position. Pay Range: $51.00 - 61.00 per hour, depending upon skills and experience level. Responsibilities: Partner with the ExDO product team to establish, coordinate, and lead the delivery of prioritized work that incorporates the design, build, and testing of new and expanding product capabilities Lead teams with an agile, product-focused, and modern engineering mindset, driving digital innovation and leveraging technical expertise to bring products from ideation to market Establish the appropriate holistic product framework, including routines, communication, and training, to meet Enterprise Change Management agile methodology and ceremony requirements Communicate capacity, impediments, progress on commitments, and new learnings to foster an environment of experimentation and continuous improvement across product and scrum team Support effective troubleshooting of technical and data issues to ensure swift escalation and resolution Keep teams informed of changing policies and standards to ensure adherence and risk awareness Identify and provide insights regarding external impacts on product teams, with a focus on continuous improvement Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, demonstrated through work experience, consulting, military experience, or education Strong expertise in digital product/technology delivery, agile methodologies, and change management Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with key stakeholders in a matrixed organization Proven ability to drive adoption of enterprise-wide initiatives and strategies Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence and engage executive stakeholders Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
