Your Role: As a Loss Drafts Associate, you will: * Be the key communicator, assisting customers with their homeowner's insurance claims from initiation to repair completion. * Handle a lively volume of calls (25+ daily) while maintaining your cool and demonstrating empathy. * Collaborate with various stakeholders to expedite claims, ensuring every detail is meticulously documented. * Thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and problem-solving skills shine. What We're Looking For: MUST HAVE: * Experience: At least 1 year in customer service, admin, data entry, or a production role. * Dedication: Perfect attendance-your presence matters! * Tech-Savvy: Adept at multitasking with multiple screens and programs running smoothly. * Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written abilities. * Analytical Mindset: Ability to solve problems efficiently.
